Job Description:
Our operations team needs a Reporting Analyst to transform operational data into clear, compelling, and automated reports. You will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing our suite of dashboards, ensuring stakeholders have timely access to the metrics they need to make informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and automate interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI/Tableau.
  • Write and optimize SQL queries to pull data from various sources for reporting needs.
  • Collaborate with business units to understand reporting requirements and KPIs.
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all reports and dashboards.
  • Train end-users on how to navigate and interpret self-service dashboards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in a major BI visualization tool (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik).
  • Strong skills in Excel (including pivot tables, complex formulas, and charts).
  • Basic to intermediate SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation.
  • Ability to translate data into a clear narrative for business audiences.
