Job Description:
Join our product team as an Associate Business Analyst, where you will be the bridge between business stakeholders and the technical team. You will learn to translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements for developers and designers. This role focuses on developing your skills in process analysis, documentation, and project support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist senior BAs in eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business and functional requirements.
- Create and maintain process flow diagrams, user stories, and use cases.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives).
- Perform basic data analysis using SQL to support requirement validation.
- Help prepare project documentation, user guides, and training materials.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Strong interest in technology and business process improvement.
- Excellent documentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite; exposure to diagramming tools (Visio, Lucidchart) is a plus.
