Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in code reviews to learn best practices and ensure code quality.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, QA) to understand requirements and deliver solutions.

• Debug and troubleshoot basic issues in development and production environments.

• Document your code and project features.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent bootcamp/project experience).

• Foundational knowledge of Python programming language and its core principles.

• Familiarity with at least one Python web framework (e.g., Django, Flask, FastAPI).

• Execute test cases (functional, regression, UI) and document results meticulously.
• Identify, document, and track software defects in Jira from discovery to resolution.
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand features and reproduce issues.
• Contribute to process improvement by providing feedback on test coverage and efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent diploma/certification).
• Strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Basic understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and bug lifecycle.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum frameworks is desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements related to financial products, operations, or reporting.
• Assist in analyzing financial data to identify trends, gaps, or process inefficiencies.

Required Qualifications:
