Key Responsibilities:

• Learn and contribute to the development of applications using C# and the .NET Core/.NET 6+ framework.

• Assist in building ASP.NET Core MVC or Web API projects.

• Develop and maintain basic database operations using Entity Framework Core and SQL Server.

• Work with the team to implement user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (experience with a front-end framework like React or Angular is a bonus).

• Write unit tests and participate in debugging and resolving technical issues.

• Participate in all phases of the SDLC within an Agile environment.

• Document technical designs and code functionality.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline.

• Foundational knowledge of C# and object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts.

• Academic or project-based experience with the .NET ecosystem (ASP.NET Core preferred).

• Basic understanding of database design and T-SQL.

• Familiarity with Visual Studio or Visual Studio Code.

Nice to Have:

• Collaborate with developers in a shared responsibility model for quality.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Hands-on experience with defect tracking and test management tools (Jira, TestRail, etc.).
• Basic knowledge of SQL for data verification.
• A team-player attitude with strong critical thinking skills.

• Assist in mapping and documenting business processes to identify inefficiencies.
• Support cross-departmental projects by providing data analysis and logistical coordination.
• Prepare management presentations, reports, and business cases using Excel and PowerPoint.
• Serve as a liaison between operational teams and leadership to communicate findings and updates.

• Assist senior BAs in eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business and functional requirements.
• Create and maintain process flow diagrams, user stories, and use cases.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives).
• Perform basic data analysis using SQL to support requirement validation.
• Help prepare project documentation, user guides, and training materials.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Strong interest in technology and business process improvement.
• Excellent documentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite; exposure to diagramming tools (Visio, Lucidchart) is a plus.
