This role focuses on developing your skills in process analysis, documentation, and project support.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Assist senior BAs in eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business and functional requirements.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Create and maintain process flow diagrams, user stories, and use cases.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives).<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Perform basic data analysis using SQL to support requirement validation.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Help prepare project documentation, user guides, and training materials.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Strong interest in technology and business process improvement.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Excellent documentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Basic understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Proficiency in MS Office Suite; exposure to diagramming tools (Visio, Lucidchart) is a plus.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Job Description: Join our product team as an Associate Business Analyst, where you will be the bridge between business stakeholders and the technical team.
