You will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing our suite of dashboards, ensuring stakeholders have timely access to the metrics they need to make informed decisions.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Develop, maintain, and automate interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI\/Tableau.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Write and optimize SQL queries to pull data from various sources for reporting needs.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Collaborate with business units to understand reporting requirements and KPIs.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all reports and dashboards.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Train end-users on how to navigate and interpret self-service dashboards.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Demonstrated proficiency in a major BI visualization tool (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik).<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Strong skills in Excel (including pivot tables, complex formulas, and charts).<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Basic to intermediate SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Ability to translate data into a clear narrative for business audiences.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Job Description: Our operations team needs a Reporting Analyst to transform operational data into clear, compelling, and automated reports.
